Before we confirm your booking we will visit your home to meet you and your pets. This is a free service where we will be able to find out about you and your pets' needs.  We can use this time to find out your specific requirements and answer any questions that you may have.

This will also give us a chance to discuss fees and any special needs that your pets may have. We will then create a package that is right for you and your pets.

To maintain your home as if you were there we will do the following at your instruction:

• Open/close curtains
• Switch the lights on and off
• We also will write a daily diary showing your pet's daily activities which is displayed on our website. You can then see it from where ever you are in the world to put your mind at rest that your beloved pets are being cared for.
• Collect your post

We always drive unmarked cars, so not to bring attention to your home
and will change the arrival/ departure times slightly to differ on a daily basis.

      We offer the following luxury services:

Dog Walking

• We will walk your dog for 30 minutes to an hour. This is ideal for those dogs that aren’t good at being left alone at home whilst the owners are at work during the day.
• What owner wouldn’t feel better knowing that their dog is well exercised and in caring hands? 
• We treat all animals as if they were our own and the care they receive will be unlimited. All we ask is that you ensure that your dog is fully vaccinated before we agree to the booking.

Pet Sitting

• We offer a pet visiting service for owners of cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and caged animals that would prefer their pets to stay at home rather than boarding in kennels and catteries while they are away.
• Animals being removed from their homes can sometimes get very stressed (especially cats).
• Leaving them in familiar surroundings is the wise thing to do especially if your cats and dogs are territorial. 
• You can also enjoy your holiday knowing that your animals are at home waiting for your return and being spoilt rotten in the process.
• We visit up to twice a day (more if you require) and will feed your pets, wash their bowls, empty litter trays, clean cages, give them lots of attention and love,  bath them and brush them as long as they are used to regular cleans.
• We will always work to the plan that you have selected for your furry friends.
• We are also able to provide your pet with regular medication as on your vet’s instructions, including insulin injections, tablets and any special diets they may be on.

New Litter Visits

• If you have a young puppies or kittens and have to work during the day, wouldn’t it put your mind at rest knowing that someone is going to check on them during the day whilst you are out? 
• We can go to your home and visit them, play with them, socialise them and clear up any little accidents that may have occurred.
• The average owner that is in full-time work is out of the home for a minimum of 8-10 hours. With new litters in the house, that’s a long time for them to be alone and go unchecked.

Vet/Hospital Visits

• If you are ill or at work and your pet needs to see a vet, we can come and collect your pet and take them on your behalf.
• Sometimes it’s not convenient to take the day off work so we can do it for you. 
• Please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can guarantee a slot as our diary gets pretty full and we would not want to turn away a sick animal. 
• The visit is to be booked for by yourself and paid for over the phone or the fee to be given when we collect your pets.
